US Domestic Shipping
All US Domestic Shipping is charged at a rate of $5.00 for each order under 2.5 lbs. Any order between 2.51 - 5 lbs. the shipping charge increases to $7.50 per order. Any order over 5 lbs. the shipping charge increases to $12.50.
AK and HI - Any order being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged at a rate of $10.00 for orders under 4 lbs. and $15.00 for order exceeding 4 lbs.
The Visual Center reserves the right to charge an additional shipping fee for orders which weigh over 20 lbs.
International Shipping
At this time The Visual Center only ships internationally to the United Kingdom. Each order selected to ship to the United Kingdom will be charged at a rate of $25.00 per order, plus $2.50 per item in the order.

Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Visual Center. Our hope is that You’ll be completely satisfied with Your purchase. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
The Visual Center (referred to as either “TVC”; “the Company”; “We”; “Us”; or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to The Visual Center LLC, 180 S 100 W #1167, Pleasant Grove UT 84062.
Service refers to the Website.
Goods mean to the items offered for sale by the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Website refers to The Visual Center, accessible from http://www.thevisualcenter.com.
You refers the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products all sales are final as stated here and within the Returns and Refunds link during checkout. No exceptions can be made to this condition.
Physical Products:
If the product You received was damaged, misprinted or discolored please contact [email protected]. Please detail the issue with the order and provide photographs documenting the issue. Any claims made 14 days after receiving the product can not be accommodated.
Inkjet Prints:
Due to the nature of Inkjet Prints only certain orders are refundable. If You ordered a Test Print and approved of the test print, your final print is refundable. Conditions for Returns (found below) must be met. If You did not order a test print then your order is non-refundable.
TVC makes a reasonable effort to proof images prior to printing. If You provide links to published imagery during checkout than We will compare Your submitted file to the image(s) found within the links provided. This will aid during the proofing process. If a test print is not ordered then You waive Your right to a refund of Goods or Orders.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

After contacting [email protected] and once the returned product is received by customer service, We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. (This includes un-proofed inkjet prints)
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
The supply of Goods which are not returned in the same packaging and condition as they were initially received by You.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition e.g. is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to The Visual Center’s error.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
In order to exercise Your right of return, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement and include photographic documentation of reason for return.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

The Visual Center reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change this Return and Refund Policy which The Visual Center offers. The most current version of the Return and Refund Policy will supersede all previous versions.
